Deshielded Definition:

In NMR spectroscopy, protons or carbon atoms whose surrounding electron density is poor.

Deshielded Explained:

When a nucleus is said to be deshielded, typically it refers to the surrounding electron density. In this case, the electron density is low, and thus the magnetic field becomes small, and the nucleus tends to to be exposed to more external magnetic field.
